1. Participation & payment
Participation is only confirmed after receipt of the fully completed registration form and written confirmation from the organisation. After confirmation, you are obligated to pay €249 per person Exc VAT. This payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2. Travel & accommodation
Participants are responsible for booking and covering their own flights and accommodation in Portugal. Any additional costs outside the program are at the participant’s own expense.
3. Transportation
No transportation is required during the real estate tour day, as all program locations are within walking distance. Travel to and from Portugal, as well as any transport outside the program, is the responsibility of the participant.
4. Liability
Participation in the real estate tour is entirely at your own risk. The organisation is not liable for any form of damage, injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings during travel and/or participation in the program.
5. Insurance
Each participant is required to arrange valid and adequate travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay in Portugal.
6. Personal expenses
All personal expenses outside the organised program are fully at the participant’s own cost.
